Madera Veterinary Center in Madera, CA is a full-service, community-focused animal hospital seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Veterinarian to join our growing team. We proudly serve dogs, cats, and the occasional pocket pet, supported by an experienced and collaborative team that includes two RVTs, two CVAs, and dedicated support staff. One of the ways we live our mission is through our in-house “Angel Fund,” which helps pets receive necessary care when owners are unable to afford treatment or when pets are relinquished to us.

• New Graduate Veterinarians receive structured onboarding and first-rate mentorship from our knowledgeable Chief of Staff and team
• Tailored mentorship includes 1:1 surgical training, longer appointment times, additional surgical opportunities, and consistent doctor support throughout the first year
• Ongoing development through Zoom calls, roundtable discussions, peer advisors, Slack case discussions, and networking with experienced veterinarians

Compensation & Benefits

• Generous sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance available
• Competitive base salary of $150,000 – $200,000+, with production (based on a 40-hour workweek / 4 tens and experience level)
